Chandna was honoured with Life Time Achievement Award of International
College Dentist for his self less committment to ICD. Dr.J.C.Chandna
Secretarial General ICD who had graduated from KGMC Lucknow in 1956,
spent 2 years in teaching & started Dental Deptts in, 1st Govt.
Steel plant located in Rourkela in Orissa.
Received many Recognition awards from USA. He has served ICD as
Secretarial General for over 25 years. Received “GOLD SEAL” from
Mayor of California for services to dental profession. Received “MASTERS”
in ICD at Orlando USA ICD International meet. Received Manav Seva
Purskar & many other recognitions.

 Dr.
Pravin Kumar was born in Delhi on 5th November,1965.
He did his BDS in 1987 and MDS in conservative dentistry in
1991 from K G M C Lucknow, since 1992 he is in private practice at
Delhi. He
is the receipt of ICD student plaque award for outstanding achievement
in 1987 being the best student. |

Rajeev Kumar was born on 1st July, 1962 at BILSI (Dist.
Badaun) U.P.
He did his BDS in 1985 and MDS in PROSTHODONTICS in 1988 from K
G M C, LUCKNOW.
He is in private practice at Delhi for in past ten years.

Hospital, Amritsar and MDS in conservative Dentistry in 1980 from the

Mohini Gugnani
 Dr.
Mohini Gugnani was born in Hoshiar Pur (Punjab) on 18th
October, 1964. She did
her BDS in 1986 from Govt. Dental College & Hospital, Amritsar.
She was awarded Nine Medals during her BDS studies.
She did a Post Graduate Diploma in 1996 from Institute of
Health Care Administration, Madras. She is settled in Fridabad, where she is running her private practice for in post 13 years. |

Gulati Dr.
Rajeev Gulati was born at Gorakhpur on 28th April 1958.
He did his BDS in 1979 from K G M C, Lucknow and MDS in
Orthodontics in 1981 from in same Institute. He is also receipient of ICD student plaque award in the year 1979. At present he is in private practice at Gorakhpur since 1982. |

ANNAMALAI UNIVERSITY & MDS in Oral Surgery in 1994 from in some
institute. He is a strong supporter of a society for prevention of cruelty to ANIMALS |
